Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is how we can help.
Section 01
Eligibility for returns
We accept returns on full-price items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- In its original condition with all tags attached.
- Free from odors, stains, or signs of use.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or discounted items (marked "Final Sale" at checkout).
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
- Items that show signs of wear or washing.
Section 02
How to start a return
- Email us at sales@rosevogue.com with the subject line "Return Request – Order #[your order number]".
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be processed.
Section 03
Return shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return packages.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Section 04
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you by email that we received it.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the credit.
Section 05
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Section 06
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us at sales@rosevogue.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the damage.
We will resolve the issue with a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
