Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Please read this policy carefully — all claims and returns must follow the steps below to be accepted.
Section 01
Inspect your order on arrival
Please inspect all merchandise as soon as you receive it, before washing or wearing. Claims cannot be honored once an item has been washed or worn.
Section 02
Claims window
All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods and must be submitted by e-mail to sales@rosevogue.com. Claims made after 10 days cannot be accepted.
In your e-mail, please include:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) involved and the reason for the claim.
- Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Section 03
Return Authorization (RMA)
Please allow 2–3 business days for us to process your return request. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RMA).
- All returned merchandise will be refused if it is not accompanied by a valid RMA, and unauthorized returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Each RMA is valid for 14 days. If the merchandise is not received by us within that time, the RMA expires, the return is closed, and we will assume you have decided to keep the item.
- Do not send anything back before you receive an RMA.
Section 04
Return shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all returned items that Rosevogue is not at fault for.
- If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
- We recommend a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return packages.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Section 05
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your authorized return:
- We will notify you by e-mail that we received it.
- If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee and less original shipping charges.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Section 06
Order changes & cancellations
Once you have received an order confirmation e-mail, your order cannot be cancelled online. Please call or e-mail customer service as soon as possible to make any changes or to cancel.
If an order has already been processed and packed, a cancellation may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Section 07
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, e-mail us at sales@rosevogue.com within 10 days of receipt with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
