Section 01
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Section 02
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Section 03
Shipping methods and costs

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods are outside our control.
Section 04
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Amazon FBA. The carrier used for your order depends on your location and the shipping method selected.
Section 05
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website to track your package.
If you did not receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at sales@rosevogue.com.
Section 06
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check around your delivery address and with neighbors.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If still unresolved, email us at sales@rosevogue.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to help resolve the situation.

Damaged packages
If your order arrived damaged, email us at sales@rosevogue.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. See our Returns & Refund Policy for next steps.
